I really loved the property. The Edwardian Manchester has a beautiful, elegant atmosphere, combining classic character with modern luxury. The hotel is very stylish and well maintained, and the whole property feels welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful interiors, the peaceful atmosphere, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location is also excellent, making it very convenient for exploring Manchester. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay and made the whole experience feel special.
I would especially like to thank Iqra, the Reception Manager, who was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, particularly knowing that my sister was not feeling well. Her kindness and care were truly appreciated.
The spa was beautiful, and I had an excellent treatment with Frederica, who was exceptionally professional, kind, and attentive. The treatment was one of the best experiences I have ever had and left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
Breakfast was also amazing, with a fantastic selection and excellent quality.

Great location and overall the staff were friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities were also lovely once we were able to access them.
The room did not feel like what we expected from a Premium Room booking. It felt like it was in a different part of the building with no skyline or city feel at all and overall felt much more standard than premium. The bathroom was also surprisingly small.
We had requested twin beds which unfortunately wasn’t accommodated. The air conditioning also did not seem to work properly and the room became very warm overnight. We didn’t raise this during the stay as we had already unpacked and settled in by that point and realistically didn’t feel much could be done without disrupting the stay further.
We had also booked the room for two guests with spa access included, however the spa booking had only been made for one person.
