The room is really spacious and the bed is very comfortable. You can't really beat the location, that is the main reason why I booked this hotel. The spa is lovely, but too small for the hotel; you have to book slots to go and even then, it seems crowded. I think it should also be cleaned more often.
The breakfast is decent, but not what I would expect from a 5*hotel. I have asked for a takeaway breakfast on my last day as I was leaving early for the airport, which I pre- ordered for a certain time and it wasn't ready. They delivered it late and some items I requested were missing. The check in process was way too long. Over 10 minutes!

Great location and overall the staff were friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities were also lovely once we were able to access them.
The room did not feel like what we expected from a Premium Room booking. It felt like it was in a different part of the building with no skyline or city feel at all and overall felt much more standard than premium. The bathroom was also surprisingly small.
We had requested twin beds which unfortunately wasn’t accommodated. The air conditioning also did not seem to work properly and the room became very warm overnight. We didn’t raise this during the stay as we had already unpacked and settled in by that point and realistically didn’t feel much could be done without disrupting the stay further.
We had also booked the room for two guests with spa access included, however the spa booking had only been made for one person.
