We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with very comfortable bedding. The detailed molding and elegant touches throughout the room gave it an upscale feel. Our room was located on the 5th floor and accessible by lift. The location was also very convenient to Oxford Tube station which was an 8 minute walk away, making it easy to get around town. There were plenty of restaurants, shops, and other amenities within walking distance as well. We also appreciated the convenience of the daily breakfast offered by the hotel. Overall, a comfortable and well located hotel that made our stay very enjoyable.

Lots of positives: great location, helpful staff, well thought out room layout, large room, beautiful bathroom with good quality shampoo and hand-wash, a window that opens.
Everything felt new and comfortable except the bed which had a lumpy mattress

Fast check-in. Lovely refurbished room. Clean, modern bathroom with great shower. Nespresso coffee machine. Very attentive, friendly staff. Quiet street - so we had a peaceful nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.
There’s no air conditioning, so the room was quite warm - especially considering it was September. This was not bad enough to reduce my 10/10 score, but in the summer it would be.
