Staff! the ladies were all very pleasant well dressed and helpful well done ladies.
The bathroom was clean and the room was well turned out for what it is.
TV was a pain to work. The carpet was a bit grubby.
That said it is a holiday park and well used but needs to keep the decor up to speed.

Nice room with garden view. Large grounds.
Restaurant had no atmosphere. Slow service. Probably better to eat in the bar. Limited vegetarian options. Breakfast standard fare.

it took 3 times to get an acceptable room,
booked executive room for kingsize bed, given feature room with a double, then given a dark damp and dog smelling room that no-one would stay in , finally got a larger bedroom with windows , no damp and a large bed -decor ok but not as expected for price.
Also requested bedroom on ground floor for my mother 89 and got one up a flight of stairs - however no other room available close to reception so we took this.
