Cute little spot, comfortable and clean. We arrived on a Monday so the pub was closed but we were sent some instructions for the key box in advance which was really easy to collect when we arrived. It was a quick place off the main road. We didn't get time to eat at the pub during our stay but the menu looks promising. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. It was the perfect spot for our trip to Blenham Palace and Clarkson's Farm

Great communication. Easy parking. Easy access to room. Very clean. Powerful shower. Good bed linen. Good bathroom towels. Good choice of teas and coffee. Lovely location.

Poor to non existant wifi. Poor phone network signal. Poor TV quality and channels. Very low tech room.

Staff friendly & the bed was very comfortable.

TV did not work as aerial probably was not great! So could not watch any TV if we wanted to.
