Hotel was very close to terminal 3 at Heathrow. The lobby was lovely and smelt amazing, room was clean and comfortable and big. Bed was very comfortable and air con was great and kept the room nice and cool. Bathroom was big and clean. Breakfast was very nice and there was good options. Staff were very kind and accommodating. I also liked there was a code to open the door, felt extra secure.
Would've been nice to have 4 pillows on the bed instead of 2.

Close to Heathrow( although taxi fare is very steep). Hotel is modern, clean and room well insulated from street noise. For a budget hotel, the breakfast was very good ( compared to US budget hotels). There is a pub across the road which served a nice array of Thai food.

Location was convenient
The lock on the bedroom door was broken, did not feel very secure.
Parking was extremely limited which could have been explained ahead of time.
