I love this hotel and the serenity around it. It is cozy and brings peace. It is a great escape to countryside

My mattress and pillows werent too comfortable this time. Check in is too late at 4pm and some more amenities in rooms would be good.

The rooms were good, we did have to ask for a non slip bath mat. The location is good and all the staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant was good too.

Only a few tissues in the room box,not replaced. No potable water for the kettle (softened water) .no marmite!!! We stayed an extra night, the chequers is very popular and the evening meals are served in a noisy bar area.

Bathroom mirror was too high up to be used and basin plug was leaking.
