WE really like this hotel. The family room is brilliant for us, and the staff are super attentive and friendly, especially the reception team.
Nothing. Only our shower in room 4 was still very hot and temperamental

They don’t provide slippers and bathrobe. No AC.

Views of nature, comfy bed, good breakfast, clean, well looked-after.
Standard room is compact and the lack of room is exacerbated by the massive tubs of shampoo etc in the shower that block off a good amount of the space. Also a heavy obstructive chair and silly cardboard notices that clutter up the room. Some simple changes would make a big difference. Especially in the shower area. Also bring ear plugs as the sound insulation is poor.

I arrived late and the night staff was welcoming and also made water available to top up my water bottle for a very warm evening.
The room was a little bit unkept, cobwebs, the top tissue in the box was already used! The curtains were hanging off and there was no air conditioning, or ventilation due to the ground floor and the window would not open. Breakfast was poor, dried up and was a poor quality.
