Standard Premier Inn - clean, comfortable and exactly what you need for an overnight stay.
Nothing really - it was exactly what I expected from a Premier Inn and suited my needs perfectly.

The price for the room was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property felt safe.
The property was worn, old, lots of stains on carpet and upholstry. The wood work was beat up. There wasn't a chair in the Thyme restaurant without a stain on the upholstry. It felt like things had been vaccumed, and the bathroom cleaned, but hard for us to feel it was all clean with the shabby rooms. It would be nice to have COVID over and not have to rely on the "Hoppa Bus", which did not show up at the scheduled time at the airport. We took a taxi instead. We realize this is not the hotel's fault, but it would be nice to have a reliable shuttle available to reach the property.
