Not the standard expected in cleaning and maintenance for this level of hotel - disappointing

comfy bed and spacious room. long bath.

bath had hairs all around it. bedroom fittings were dusty. noisy extractor fan. loose tap and flush panel on toilet. room poorly maintained and cleaned, basically.

Lovely hotel, payment management is poor.

Clean, spacious room, didn’t feel like I was on a box.

I was double charged for my booking and I am still yet to receive my refund (even though it has been return, I am yet to receive it in my bank account). The lack of communication between booking.com and the hotel, in regards to payment I had already sent, certainly spoilt my trip to some extent.

Decent stay.

Really comfortable rooms.

The bathrooms were a little broken here and there (the sink would leak alot and only give out boiling hot water)

Room was of a high standard, layout of the room was excellent & bed was very comfortable Breakfast was excellent although as it was busy staff couldn't keep up with demand

Miserly supply of milk, coffee & only 1 pack of biscuits

It is a 3 star hotel at best. The breakfast was very poor. Canned fruit was just an example.

Overall great, shame about breakfast.

Room was great, staff very welcoming and friendly. Good to have chargers outside for the Car, although the BP one didn't work (not your fault!).

Breakfast - staff weren't very interested, bacon under cooked. I had to go hunting for plates. The eggs, sausages etc were cold and only the heat from my plate helped warm them up.

Exceptional

Breakfast was a little disappointing, we went down at 8:30 am and there was hardly any food left and it was cold. Also the juice was not refilled, for £10 per person this was not worth the value. The room was clean and as expected. Reception staff Amy and Faye were brilliant.

Music - base boomed on night one. Phoned reception they said they would speak to mgmt. Weekend breakfast 7:30!
