The location
It's a little bit confusing to get to the room, the elevator isn't from the first floor.

The staff are outstanding always willing to help so kind most of the staff went out of there way to help me with anything I found difficult

Staff were very friendly
The alcohol policy in the common room. Would have preferred if it was allowed to drink.

Beds are very comfortable, new mattresses and very clean
The new paint fumes in the hallway and bedrooms were terrible. And some power plugs are broken. Kitchen is very cluttered and crowded and the layout is strange, and dishes weren't particularly clean. Also quite a confusing building to find the bedrooms and kitchen etc, it would good if there was better signs that explain you need to go downstairs to the kitchen, and a label on the buttons in the lift.
