A nice hotel with a perfect location

Not a big deal, and it’s okay for us, the stuff at the restaurant in the morning, and whoever walked toward us on the walkways inside the hotel, when we said good morning, or hi, or Guten Tag, didn’t even nod. Outside of the reception. The reception stuff has been really helpful!!

I had booked a room with a bath, and we got without one. We were rebooked easily to a new room. Nice rooms Suggestion, have maybe google chrome cast available on some tv, to make it easy to stream

The staff was not very good. We changed tables (from bar to restaurant) and our drinks were brought and left to the old table. At breakfast, around 10:00, a lot was empty and not refilled before we asked for it.

Nice location, spatious, clean. 24/7 fitness.

I don’t understand the point of renting an apartment without the dishes (try want separate 35 eur for the dishes.. apart of 600 eur for 2 nights). We brought or own, but still I don’t get it. Also, very unpleasant - no one under 16 (or 18.. dont know exactly) is allowed to enter the spa. My 8y.o. daughter was on some serious trainings before we arrived and she was looking forward to swim a bit and use the sauna to relax the muscles (she does it regularly). But she was banned from the spa, so no one of us used it. I believe they could have a few hours daily for everybody.

Location

Wellness is paid and even we can’t enter the swimming pool without paying. Also kids under 16 can never go in swimming pool. Also breakfast spread was limited and average. No changes in the menu for 5 consecutive days. I don’t think it’s a hotel for family visits.
