I was in the shared bathroom section. This was no problem at all with lockable bathrooms. Value for money so good. A great lounge and dining area for guests to use too.
I came after hours and had to find my way to my room. Not a problem - but for the first time could cause some anxiety in a new town.

I loved the location, it was far enough out of the town to be quiet and to feel like you were in your own space, but close enough that a short walk took you right into the action in town
The only negative I could think of was that the shower was a little temperamental, sometimes having it with too much pressure made it freezing cold and you had to find a goldilocks zone to make it work even if it was on the hot side.

Location good. Basic amenities but warm and clean.
We we put up a flight of stairs with heavy cases. Luckily we had help to get there.
