Palace‑style hotel that has clearly seen better days. It feels almost deserted (very few guests at the beginning of January). The bathroom is very old and in need of renovation, with very few toiletries provided… The pool is fine, breakfast is fine, and the staff is fine (except for the spa).
The spa reception staff were unpleasant and rude. The “15‑minute massage voucher” is a scam — they never have availability (in two days there wasn’t a single slot for 15 minutes, even though the hotel was practically empty).
The hotel is old and needs updates: sun loungers, pool towels, and pool cleanliness all require improvement.
