Un'ottima struttura nel complesso, che ha nella professionalità del marchio il suo punto forte.

In questo hotel ho trovato il miglior ristorante del mio viaggio in Giordania. Lo chef ti coccola con una scelta incredibile di piatti tradizionali e internazionali, dalla prima colazione al pranzo serale. Solo al buffet dei dessert ci saranno una trentina di docli diversi e varrebbe la pena fermarsi qui anche solo per la cucina. Per il resto, Holiday Inn, fa il suo lavoro come ci aspetta da un cinque stelle.

Staff di portineria (non quello dei piani) simpatico come un mal di pancia e che parla solo arabo o inglese (un po' poco). Accesso come se si dovesse entrare in aeroporto: controllo interno auto e documenti all'esterno, nuovo controllo bagagli e metal detector all'interno molto seccante. Camere piuttosto datate, anche se tenute in perfetto stato di manutenzione e pulizia.

Amazing luxury after a road trip

Amazing place to stay, it's the last pace we stayed after traveling through Jordan, we stayed mainly in budget options and this is a completely different league of course. Beds super comfy and staff super friendly. The breakfast was not only Jordanian with a lot of options which we liked. You can walk to the beach and take a bath in the dead sea, which is a really special experience. Check out was at 12, they offered to keep our luggage save and allowed us to keep using the facilities for the remainder of the day. Which is very cool!

Not all the pools were open which we didn't knew about before booking, it's okay and understandable, there weren't many guests, so it wasn't busy at the pool that was open. Only it would be nice to know before. The diner was expensive at 40JOD, so we ended up getting diner somewhere else which is fine, just be aware of this. The staff was maybe a bit too eager to assist you at times. Some people probably like this, but our Dutch people are not used to this. Again, definitely no reasons not to go here.

Fijne luxe afsluiter van onze vakantie

Groot hotel met ruime mooie kamers met goede bedden. Heel schoon, zowel binnen als buiten. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt- en dinerbuffet. Privestrand aan de Dode Zee dat via trappen te bereiken is. Op het strand voldoende ligbedden , emmers met klei en zoetwater douches . Verschillende schone zwembaden met flink aantal zonnebedjes. Vriendelijk personeel.

- Het hotel is zo groot, dat dat wat mij betreft ten koste gaat van de Jordaanse sfeer. Maar dat gevoel is natuurlijk heel persoonlijk - ongelofelijk veel vliegen (overigens op veel plekken in Jordanie)

Le petit déjeuner était incroyable, le bar dans la piscine super sympa avec la serveuse très gentille.

the location is really fantastic to enjoy the dead sea, the resort is really cared for in every detail, the buffet is simply delicious but the highlight is given by the staff, truly exquisite. Everyone is very attentive to customers, helpful and really nice! Excellent cocktails!,

Booked 2 doubles had a cricket in mine. ( no sleep)Double door’s wouldn’t open.. room service food terrible. Smelt musty.spoke to Anas reception he had smile on he’s face thought it was funny. Spoke to the General Manager Ibrahim Farraj as I was going to stay another day he asked me not to book though Booking.com and offered me 20 Jod off!! absolutely disgraceful.I’ve sent video to Holiday Inn direct!!

The staff are so unhelpful, construction was taking place hence we didn't enjoy a calm time, too many bugs in the room.

Clean, relaxing, great options for food and spa and nice beach!

Fantastic facilities, restaurant we used was main with buffet and had great choices and flavors. tons of pools.

Generous ressort with a top access to the dead sea.

Excellent access to the dead sea. Very good choice at breakfast. Excellent pools, surrounded by green. Spacious rooms with a beautiful view.

The cleanliness of the bathroom/towels was not impeccable for a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately the spa was fully booked and we could not get any massage.

The amenities are outdated

The evening and dance are excellent, and the party is wonderful

I asked the reception for a slipper, and they told me that there is a commission on it. I also asked for a bag, and they told me to bring yourself to the reception to collect the bag.

The location with beach access to the Dead Sea was great! The breakfast had very good variety and stations for fresh options were good as well. Pool view from the balcony was a plus!

The check-in took a longer time than expected even though it was not crowded. Definitely could be improved. Unfortunately not all the pools were open when we visited. They wanted to take out things from our luggage for instance a small speaker due to their policies, which did not seem reasonable. Drinks at the bar were quite expensive.

Nice property with mixed responses from staff

The property was really good and nicely located. The dead sea access was nice and the lifeguard present there really guided us very well. The panoramic sea view suite was nice and provided an amazing view of the dead sea.

The food and restaurant experience was bad. The food was stale and lacked any taste, both for dinner and breakfast. The staff for the buffet area were not responsive. My daughter was not taking any food due to the food being stale, so I requested a banana milkshake for her, but the attendant denied, then I requested a banana at least 3 times before he got it very hesitantly. During checkout I brought it to the notice of manager and he provided banana milkshake for my daughter and orange juice for us all.

Would not come back

Nice sea view from the balcony, swimming pools are nice and access to the beach is also confortable

We were given a smoking room which was really stinky when we requested a non smoking. When we asked for a change the stuff lied saying the hotel was fully booked. I had to check on the site to find they had other rooms and speak to them again. Then they told us that they only had more premium rooms and that’s why they could not accommodate us. Finally after insisting they gave us an upgrade and a non-smoking room. The rooms are quite old and most of the bedding is dirty / stained. The restaurant looks quite poor and the stuff in general is not very polite. To be honest I don’t think why people gave so many good reviews because it looks like a 3-4 stars.
