Perfect location to enjoy the city area and the world heritage. Friendly staff, great breakfast, wonderful massage, etc. The cost is cheap considering the quality.
It’s a bit old. But that means, it has a history!

The room was big and spacious, as was the pool. It was a very relaxing area by the pool especially after spending a hot morning walking around temples. The location was also excellent, just a short walk from the river, markets and restaurants.
We were there for our wedding anniversary and they had an amazing display of swans and rose petals on the bed for our arrival, it was beautiful.
The airconditioning was a bit loud and a little difficult to work out how to turn the temperature up - the room got a little cold at times.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap.
The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Angkor and the town, while still offering a peaceful place to relax. The property itself is beautiful, with attractive gardens and one of the nicest swimming pools we enjoyed during our trip.
What really stood out, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they were always smiling and happy to help. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly looked after throughout our stay.
A special thank you to the team for going the extra mile to help us celebrate a very special family occasion and my father’s birthday. Their thoughtful touches made the celebration even more memorable, and we are very grateful for the care they showed our family.
The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options for everyone.
There are a few areas where the hotel could benefit from a little refurbishment, such as brighter lighting in some of the corridors, quieter air conditioning, and a few maintenance improvements around the property. These are relatively minor details, but addressing them would help the hotel fully reflect the high standard of service provided by its wonderful staff.
