I wish I had the power to do the changes

The location and furniture The parking The staff are very friendly

The hotel needs service management very soon The TV need to be programmed with more channels We have to reprogram the keys every time The shower is old and can be un save.the bathroom door opener got to be replaced. The room breakfast service is crazy they brought it from the buffet cold and much more than 10 people can eat The seating room needs more lighting The coffee shop is nice but it’s dead because you need to add tow TV screens on in each side

Old but classic and spacious

If you appreciate classic furniture (it's basically like living in the Habitat store), then you'll like this hotel. It's rather old but classic with plenty of space in the room (suite), secured basement parking, and excellent location. Also, there's an excellent swimming pool on the rooftop. Level 3 has plenty of seating space for if you have guests.

The hotel could use new furniture for sure. The TV screens are old, the shower are old style, and not much has changed since it opened (nearly 20 years ago).

size of the room & location

I have multiple issues: WiFi doesn’t work with no solution & i want to check early with paying half the amount but no collaboration unfortunately or enough .. the big challenge is not having any one of the management call me or contact me while i am asking this many times.. i don’t advise to visit this hotel ..

Good experience with luxury furniture

This is the third time I'm coming here. I like the place and the furnitures. the location is amazing

They should add microwaves. the swimming pool was under maintenance. the bathrooms looks should changed. the location of the bathroom and it should be in the living room.

Badly experienced stay in habitat hotel in jeddah

The front desk staff didn't know the work , and they don't have any welcoming issues, also the housekeping didn't make up properly , it's very poor for gusts and tourism. I had very bad 👎 concerning like i have got charged in my kids 6 & 5 years in were going to breakfast amount 200SR , definitely we already going to world hotel no body charge us , we we complained to administrators they didn't solved this problem he said that's why I will blackmail you and all customers. Why ???? Where's our vision 2030.

There's bad experience for me and we , and I am not recommending to any family's to stay in this hotel until to changes this badly policy.

My favourite hotel while visiting Jeddah.

Reasonable rates- Money for value deal The suite is very cosy and fits my all family with complete convenience. The location is excellent and near the airport and most of the attractions. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick during the check-in/out. Available free parking.

You should pay extra insurance during the check-in. However, it's refundable. The rooftop pool area and services need extra attention.
