Great hotel lovely staff and great location definitely returning next year on our trip to Crete.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay feel very welcoming. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering plenty of choices to start the day. The location was also perfect – close to the center and convenient for exploring Fano.
The sound isolation in the rooms was poor, and as a result noises from other guests could be heard quite easily.

The staff was outstanding, very friendly hospitality and willing to help.
The rating isn’t quite atunes to international standard and the fact that the air conditioning was not working properly during out stay when it’s around 30 degrees Celsius during the day and 26-27 at night is quite the problem. That ruined our sleep.
