The Location - Perfect !
There was only one pack of cookies, two would've been good and just a side note - choc chip or shortbread are the best - ginger cookies not so nice ! š But thank you all the same š

Great location close to an assortment of eating and shopping facilities within walking distance.
Room 5 was too close to the noisy main road for our ages 75 and 78 years old. We left for an early breakfast date with friends in Waipatu 8.00 a.m. as we neede to travel to TaupÅ for a 1.00 p.m. appointment. This was because of long queues and traffic delays due to roadworks on the Taupo / Napier highway we encojntered on Friday. I left the room keys in the room as you didn't have a deposit box outside the office for our early exit.
