This hotel is so underrated, it sure deserves 5star rating! It exceeded our expectations in so many ways! Very attentive staff, super clean, quiet and so comfortable overall! And OMG the dinner food is top tier we devoured every single dish as they were delicious!!! We stayed for 4 nights and I only wish we could have stayed more!! Our host Iulia was the best!
Our room had two single beds put together and the beds were a bit too soft for us! But hey we liked everything else so this wont stop us from going again!

Hotel oferuje wysoki standard. Wszystko jest zadbane, czyste i bardzo dobrze urządzone. Niczego nie brakuje. Świetna strefa wellness & spa. Przy hotelu znajduje się przystanek skibusa. Do gondoli tylko jeden przystanek. Szybki dojazd. Kolacje w hotelu jak w najlepszych restauracjach. Bardzo smaczne. Uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Hotel oferuje również możliwość zostawiania nart, kijków, a nawet butów narciarskich w specjalnych zamykanych szafkach w osobnym ogrzewanym pomieszczeniu sklepu narciarskiego przy głównej gondoli. Ja z tego korzystałem. Było bardzo wygodne. Ale można też przechowywać sprzęt w narciarni hotelowej.

Mi è piaciuto tutto dalla struttura pulita e accogliente allo staff preparato e disponibile. Colazione e cena ottime. Da consigliare e da ripetere.
