A TV bloqueava muito frequentemente, ficámos muitas vezes sem sinal de rede dos canais, que é uma pena porque o plasma era bem grande, dava vontade de ver ums boms filmes... Chegou a estar assim horas...

Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was very complete, with a very supportive staff always available for custom requests.
The room was large and comfortable, with AC, fridge, desk and a crib for our baby.
There were plenty of (exclusive) parking spaces right in front of the hotel.
Nice location, very close to the city center (but far enough from the traffic and train noise).
The room had actual exterior blinds (a rare sight in hotels)!
We meant to use the fridge, which was off when we arrived. We turned it on, but its operational noise was rather loud, so we ended up not using it.

The staff were friendly and helpful. everything was explained clearly. There's an elevator if you need it. The buffet breakfast was very good. We were even able to get freshly made eggs and bacon. This hotel was better than I expected it would be.
