Most things were good apart from the requirement for renovation in most areas.
The place is ready for a good renovation.
We have been going for 3 year and year on it has deteroated which is a shame because simple things like new cusions and umbrellas around the pool and various areas cleaned would be a simple fix

Very traditional Thai, if you want to get that style. The grounds are very tropical and great location to the beach, local shops and restaurants. Kids pool area with slide, gym and staff friendly
It is dated, but they do their best to keep clean

The rooms were really stunning for such amazing value! It was also conveniently located a short walk from town or you could rent a scooter on site.
The restaurant for dinner wasn't exceptional for the price the food was. The gym was also so warm with no A/C we couldn't use it.
