A convenient location to spend the night after arriving on the late ferry. Front desk help was friendly and informative. Wonderful breakfast.
Beds were pretty hard.

It’s an old hotel with creaking floorboards and vintage furniture, which adds a really nice atmosphere. I spent an afternoon working in their small library and really enjoyed it. I had booked a basic room, which was fine — both the room and bathroom were very clean. The surroundings are calm, green, and relaxing, and it’s only about a 15-minute walk to the beach. I’d definitely come back.
The hotel could be even better with upgraded bedding, such as proper linen instead of polyester, and slightly more comfortable mattresses.

Very friendly owner, room was clean, light and airy.
No service or facilities. Self check-in after 7pm, no staff around. Room cleaned every 3 days. Breakfast tray available some weeks of the year (although not on the night we stayed because of a function being held), a buffet is available in peak season. No other meals available.
