The only really good thing was that the beach is very close, around a 7-minute walk from the hotel. There is also a recreational area nearby. The prices are quite expensive for Bulgaria, but the beaches are beautiful, the water is nice and the sea is warm.
As for the hotel itself, it’s not bad and you can have a good holiday there, but they could definitely improve the food, the rooms and the cleaning.
The only thing that really made us happy was the hotel entertainment, especially Coco, Minto and their whole team. Their shows and entertainment were fantastic and really made our stay much better. That’s probably the biggest positive thing we will remember from our stay.
We stayed at Hotel Regina for 7 days, and unfortunately, there were quite a few things we were not happy with.
The food was almost the same every day. The snack bar was especially repetitive — for the whole 7 days, there was basically only pizza, meatballs and sausages. Every afternoon at 3 PM it was pizza again and again. We would have appreciated much more variety.
The pool was extremely cold, almost like ice water, so it was not very comfortable to swim in.
The rooms were not cleaned properly. They didn’t change the bed sheets, didn’t properly vacuum or clean the room — they basically just pulled up the duvet and that was it.
We were staying on the 5th floor and mostly used the stairs because the elevators were usually overcrowded. The elevators were quite small, with a limit of only 3 people or 400 kg, so waiting for them was often inconvenient.
Most of the staff were really nice and friendly, and most of the bartenders were good. However, Tommy was not very good and often didn’t make the cocktails properly. There was also a lovely lady working at the restaurant/bar who was very friendly and helpful.
The best part of our stay was definitely Coco and Minto. They were amazing, friendly and helpful, and they really made our holiday much better. For us, they were the best people at the hotel. ❤️

Everything was perfect at Regina Hotel. The Manager Petrov and staff was polite and Very kind! Also the manager was helpful to made a beautiful surprise for my husband birthday! Thank you so much for all the help and your services. ! The food was really good and fresh!

The sea view from the 13th floor was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. Our room was cleaned every day.
The food variety was impressive — every meal was different each day, with something for everyone, whether child or adult. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The wait for the elevator was often very frustrating. Some children were playing and pressing buttons on every floor, which caused long delays — we sometimes had to wait up to 15 minutes with a stroller. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that should be addressed.

The location
The A/C hadn't enough cooling agent so the room couldn't be freezed enough. The breakfast hadn't enough choices, the exhaust pipe from the bath was clogged and no difference after the unclogging.
I have payed all inclusive, but the boardgames weren't available
