A luxurious and thoughtfully appointed stay, from the beautiful dressing gowns to the yummy fudge we enjoyed the ambience of our lovely apartment. Our hosts were attentive, thoughtful and kind and our stay was just perfect.

Location good and nice property with good facilities. The underfloor heating was going and no heater or heated towel rails in bathroom. It was really cold. Underfloor heating got turned on after 24 hrs of our stay when I complained about cold bathroom. There was a heat pump and gas fire but no heating in bathroom to dry towel s and these were not replaced as no servicing on our second day! No pool towels available as we had been told and had to ask for these.
Not serviced daily and we were not told this. For this cost expect daily servicing. I didn't feel the staff were particularly friendly or interested in our comfort. And the cooking smells in Reception were horrible
