It is not a good area or Paris. Some sketchy people and not far from st Denis which is the most ghetto place

Clean rooms, lovely downstairs area. Nice games for the kids to play with
Although really close to a metro station later at night the area was a little sketchy so made me reluctant to come back from the centre later with thw kids. If your a couple I am sure it will be fine.

I thought the reception/bar area was great, they played live football. Location is right next to the metro & journey time isn’t too far to get into the centre which we found useful. Bed was nice and comfortable. I think you definitely get what you pay for.
The area felt a little unsafe, central Paris you definitely feel more secure.
We found the air conditioning really bad in the room, the coldest setting just wasn’t cold at all & you couldn’t keep the window open as it’s too loud with traffic.
Room is very small, hard for two people to walk around, it was a little grubby as well.
