We had an amazing stay at Clouds Estate. Everything was excellent, from the location and the beautiful surroundings to the service from the staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive.
Our room was beautiful, with a lovely terrace overlooking the vineyards. We really enjoyed having the views right from our room, especially in such a peaceful and relaxing setting.
The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choice and everything we tried being delicious.
The location is perfect too. It’s close to the main wine estates for tastings and also not far from the centre of Stellenbosch, which makes it easy to go out for dinner, while still feeling completely quiet and peaceful.
A beautiful place to relax and enjoy the Winelands. We would definitely come back!
The only thing to keep in mind is that you do need a car or transport to get to the wineries or the centre, but Uber works very well in the area, so this wasn’t really an issue for us.

The location is excellent, the staff are amazing and the story about the estate is wonderful. The team really felt like they were proud to be part of the estate and to share the amazing stories. We loved every minute of our stay.

Excellent location. Very close proximity to Delaire Graff (with convenient access gate) enabling access to its nearby restaurants.
Excellent breakfast with good service. Homemade breads were absolutely superb.
Spectacular views across the whole property.
Villa perhaps starting to look a little tired in places.
