The sauna was never on so had to ask it meant the sauna was always cold

Bedroom was a good size and the beds were soft.
The bedroom was comfortably warm.
Staff were very good.
The evening entertainment and nightclub were excellent.
Breakfast was excellent.
Secure parking under the hotel with stairs/lift to reception.
The bathroom was cold and the door to it squeaked a lot when you opened/closed it. This disturbed my partner when I went to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The breakfast was great. The location is good, next to the railway station, to the center so you can get anywhere. If the room is on a high floor the view is beautiful.
If you want a small fridge you have to ask for it. The gym is not as good as I thougt. It is more like a training room with some machines, a little bit old and not in the best state. I stayed at the hotel a few weeks ago booked through another agency and the room didn't seem to have 4 stars: no fridge, no kettle, the shower had a curtain and no glass wall. This time I got a good room that was 4 stars.
