Room on lower floor easy access from car to room. Spa pool well maintained and clean. Rooms clean and comfy beds. Staff friendly and helpful. Was offered upgrade. Heat pump was great and needed, was a cold wet weekend.

Oliver was very obliging and welcoming. The motel is located in a lovely spot in Paihia. ☺️

Shared balcony took a bit of getting used to, a slight lacking in privacy.
