IT was a perfect spot for everything. Love love the staff. The food was phenomenal.

location and beachfront.
All lifts are out of service. Safe deposit box not working due to flat batteries. Guest have plated food for buffett breakfast except 2 days has convention events and Crown Regency decided to have a full buffett breakfast for everyone. Guests should be offered buffett instead of plated. Cost of stay is too expensive.

The bed is big and comfortable. Rooms are big as well . staff are helpful , fast and servicial.
No hot water and almost no pressure in the shower . In the corridor is flooded. No one is doing anything about that . This hotel is not good unfortunately,
