Our stay was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great service.
The only area that could be improved is the rooms. They would benefit from some renovation and better maintenance. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The location of the property was very good and easy access to restaurants in the area
Easy to get a baht bus at the end of the road if you wanted to travel further afield.
Breakfast was more Asian style
although there was eggs ham sausage toast and coffee available, but for not a lot of money some thing to eat.
The room was pretty big and had a nice bed
Although it was showing its age in places
There was a decent size swimming pool and one for the children undercover.
It was good value for money and i would stay there again, the staff were very friendly.
Some cereal would have been nice.

Price, and location are superb. Staff were very friendly. Large room and balcony.
Not a 5 star hotel. Amenities were dated and deteriorating somewhat. Bigest problem for me was no lock box in room.
