One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.
I liked the view, staff was great and different kinds of meals made of potato😁👌🏻
A special thank you to the owners for keeping the restaurant with its spectacular view instead of replacing it with additional rooms. You truly can't imagine how amazing it feels to have a meal with that view. It makes your stay at the hotel unforgettable
Thank you also for making room cleaning feel completely seamless and never intrusive. I have stayed at many 5-star hotels where housekeeping can sometimes feel like an interruption which was not the case for this hotel
Such small seemingly insignificant things add up to your overall impression.
The staff is professional, polite, and very attentive.
What I appreciated most is that they seem to pick up on your mood.they know when you simply want to relax and give you your space. It takes a certain level of professionalism to do that welland I appreciated it a lot.
The managers are attentive and make sure that your requests are taken into account. You can really feel that the hotel is well managed and that they truly care about your experience
The only things i would improve are making the fruit available for a longer period of time and perhaps doing a little more about smoking in the common areas, as there was quite a lot of it. I also wish the chairs were cleaner or made of the material on which you cant see the stains But still, you could still find a nice spot for yourself and enjoy the hotel.

the location was the best in this hotel close to so many sights. the beach is just opposite the hotel. the cable car station is very close. The area is very nice especially at night very lively. The staff were ok. the pool looked fine.
Luckily we only booked to stay in this hotel for one night. we booked 2 rooms, the air conditioner was very bad not cooling at all, my kids couldn't sleep at night.
