The Amala was an absolute oasis of peace and serenity amidst the hustle and bustle of busy Seminyak. The property itself is simply outstanding, beautifully maintained and such a relaxing place to escape to.
What really made my stay so special, though, was the incredible staff. They were absolutely amazing! From remembering my name to always greeting me with a warm smile and checking that everything was okay, their attention to detail and genuine care were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Even little touches, like being brought fresh fruit skewers while relaxing by the pool, made the experience feel extra special.
The whole property has such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I couldn’t fault my stay and would happily return. Highly recommend The Amala to anyone looking for a relaxing and special stay in Seminyak.

From the moment we arrived, The Amala was absolutely exceptional. The staff were some of the warmest, kindest and most genuinely welcoming people we have ever encountered. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every interaction was met with such warmth and a beautiful smile.
Our villa was incredible. Peaceful, private, beautifully presented and such a gorgeous place to come back to after exploring Bali. It truly felt like our own little sanctuary in the middle of Seminyak.
And the food… exquisite. Honestly, some of the best food we had during our entire trip. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We found ourselves looking forward to every meal.
Tula Wellness deserves a special mention too. The massages and treatments were incredible and the therapists were wonderful. It was such a calming, luxurious experience and exactly what you hope for when coming to Bali to relax.
What really makes The Amala special though is the people. The beautiful staff create an atmosphere that feels warm, personal and peaceful rather than simply like staying at a hotel. We felt incredibly well looked after from beginning to end.
Honestly, there is very little we could fault. Our only complaint is that eventually we had to leave! We could very happily have stayed much longer.
