The staff was fantastic and did everything they could to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
However, on the first day we ate at their restaurant, I got food poisoned. The overall room could use a bit of upkeep. Lots of bugs in the outdoor seating of the room, could use a fan / blower.
The bathroom overhead shower didn't work, hot water didn't come through the first day.
