Location was very close to train station & convenient walking distance to attractions

Very clean, when we got there they had a booklet of places to see, restaurants to eat at, where the hospitals, banks and pharmacies were. It was extremely helpful as someone coming to florence for the first time. It was so close to everything too
The shower didn’t drain very fast but that would be a quick fix

Excellent location! Only a few minutes from the main station, and a short, easy walk to all the main attractions.
The apartment itself was clean and very comfortable. It had curtains and black out shutters which were great for a sleep-in.
The staff member who checked us in was so delightful. She waited for us to arrive to help us check in and was very responsive throughout the trip. She let us store our bags after checkout as well.
One thing I especially loved was the wall plugs had USB and USBC which is super handy when travelling from another country and have to use adapters.
I can’t fault this property.

Great location close to the railway station
Dark, not so clean, small bathroom. Poor breakfast served in restaurant outside the hotel.
