We really enjoyed our stay. Great room, newly decorated, modern, clean and super bathroom. Excellent information was received for check-in procedure and Elizabeth was very helpful in providing information on the area, restaurants to visit etc. There was also additional snack food supplied for our convenience and extra coffee if we needed.

Very new apartment. A/C worked well. The host was very friendly and accommodated early bag drop.
The entrance at the ground level was smelly (quite common around Florence in summer months). Please note that hotel is several levels up.

Everything was phenomenal. The AC made our stay in Florence during 100F+ weather bearable, and we often had to come back in the afternoon to cool off. They had a cold filtered water refill station which is rare and very appreciated. The area is very quiet at night and has cute espresso bars along the walk to the city center.
Stefano was kind and helpfully pointed out places to visit throughout the city. We would definitely rebook and recommend!!

Beautiful rooms, kitchen, and kind staff. I loved my little room!
The only thing I wish this property had is a full breakfast, or even fresh baked goods and some boiled eggs or something to go with the fruit & coffee. It’s such a nice sitting area, and I found it tough to find a good breakfast spot nearby.
