Great location, so convenient to bus and train stations as well all the key tourist attractions are close and walkable. Good water pressure in the shower. Good soundproofed windows. Didn’t hear our neighbours either. Enjoyed the balcony too and the large doors to let light in. Friendly staff.
The a/c worked but couldn’t change the temp. It was either or off but it was cool enough at night we turned it off. The first night we woke up freezing (only a sheet cover, no extra layers but was available in the closet.

I stayed at Hotel Berna for a few nights and it was perfect, a nice room and bathroom, and the staff was very polite and helpful.
Hotel Berna is one block from the Florence SMN train station, so after spending a night at the BCN airport and arriving early the next morning, it was perfect to be so close to thre train station.
Although I was initially planning to arrive past reception hours, the staff was helpful to send the necessary steps required in advance, like send a copy if my passport and pay a city tax online prior to arrival so I could access the building and room keys through access codes.
