Excellent location—literally within walking distance to all the main tourist sites in Florence. The staff was very attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help resolve any issues
On the first night, we were assigned a room with a terrible odor, which made for a uncomfortable night. It’s an old building without an elevator, which is typical for Florence. However, the staff moved us to another room the following day, and the rest of our stay was great.

It was close to everything we needed. The people were so friendly and helpful.
The first morning we went out for breakfast we didn’t know how to get out of the front door! No one told us you only have to push the red button! I am claustrophobic and started to panic.
