The hotel was well situated for visiting the main sites of Florence. 5 to 15 minutes to all the main attractions. The hotel is small, well maintained, quiet rooms. The staff were very nice, breakfast was fine

The friendliest and most helpful front desk staff of anywhere I ever stayed.
Barista/breakfast staff was rude- but that’s okay because the front desk made up for it.

Location, modern room, staff.
The beds were very firm and pillows uncomfortable.
The room next door was very noisy.

Great location near the train station, modern facilities
The receptionist didn’t pay attention during the check in and kept our passports. This was terrible for us as we got late to the port to return the car on time as we had to return to get the passports. That caused us many unnecessary inconveniences including having to pay an extra day for the car rental. This is ridiculous
