Extremely convenient location for those arriving/departing Florence by train. Very efficient check in process.
Rooms and coomon areas are nice enough but nothing special

Location and room were great. Staff member who checked us in wasn’t very helpful but the staff member who checked us out was fantastic - very helpful in answering questions and helping with arrangements.
Room was very noisy - to the extreme. Eat plugs were provided but this did little to reduce the noise from outside the hotel.

It was close to the station and the quality of the room was amazing
The black out shutters were so good
Nothing!

Bathroom is nice
This is not a hotel. It seems they are located in a corporate building. The entry hall has a strong smell. The rooms are clean but the bed is far from good. Too much expensive for what offers
