Everything. Just a short stroll to the historic area. Our room was wonderful - large. Bed was comfortable, big bathroom. Very hot while we were in Florence and air con was a great relief. Breakfast was great. Fruit, meat, cheese, pasties - traditional Italian style. Nice coffee as well. Staff were very friendly. We also did the self check in late at night - directions good and no issues getting in.
Only small negative was very small tv but we don’t normally watch while we are traveling so not a big issue.

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast.
The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. The walls were dirty and shades were dirty on the light fixtures. The tub did not drain leaving you with three inches of water when you were done with your shower. Needs some deep cleaning and some updating.
