Brilliant concept of having codes to access the building and your room. Process was so seamless and rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. We also loved the honesty bar and thought the breakfast on offer was fabulous.

The breakfast was amazing! And the staff super friendly. Also can’t beat the location - steps from Prada, Gucci and the museums!
AC turns off when you leave the room - although that’s better for the planet!

Great location, walking distance from the key sites and a short walk from the airport tram stop. Hassle free key/entry system. Beautifully decorated throughout with a stunning lounge/bar area (although we didn't use). Our 'Classic' room was super clean and very spacious - the bathroom in particular was luxurious. Complimentary water is always a nice touch.
No coffee in the room. Room overlooked the inner yard of the hotel so no view - but sounds like none of the rooms have one. It also meant the room was quite dark. Air con not great. There was a constant noise of running water early in the morning (like plumbing pipes in the wall) which was slightly annoying.
