We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cerretani. It’s one of those places that just made things easy for us from the moment we arrived. After a long day of travel, it was nice to walk into a place that felt calm, welcoming, and well taken care of.
The location was a big plus for us. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, especially the Duomo, which made exploring Florence feel effortless. We didn’t have to overthink getting around, which made the whole trip more enjoyable.
The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Nothing over the top, but just right—clean, quiet, and a good place to recharge after being out all day.
The staff was great. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful in a very natural way—not forced, not overly formal, just genuine. It made a difference.
Overall, it’s a place we’d definitely stay at again. It just felt right for our trip.
