The room was very modern and spacious. Breakfast was good, but we didn’t know that we could have an omelette until we overheard the waitress tell someone else. We didn’t want one, but that’s why the staff didn’t get 5 stars. We don’t know what we don’t know, you know? Don’t bother using the restaurant discount. Use the fabulous location to find better within walking distance.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. Check in was easy. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The restaurant was fabulous. The servers were very wonderful. The rooms were fabulous. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had everything you could need. Wonderful stay!!

The hotel was great, location very close to everything you want to see. Parking, however, is not available at the hotel. I contacted Garage S. Antonio (located across the street from the hotel) for assistance and they were wonderful! The Florence ZTL is tricky, so contact the parking garage BEFORE driving into the city or you will be fined. The train station is next to the hotel and we were told that you can park outside of the city and take the train to the last stop (5 minutes away) and walk to the hotel.
There was a lot of construction and homeless people across the street from the hotel and was noisy, but the windows do a great job of canceling the noise.
The hotel bar is great and breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and patient.
Florence is a bustling city and chaotic in the summer, so plan accordingly. Expect all of the streets to be crowded with tourists, scooters and vehicles.
Overall, the hotel was a good place to stay for touring the city

Excellent experience all around. Very helpful staff and a very nice property. Super convenient to the train station and all the sites you need to see. I will definitely stay here again
