Location is excellent
There was not sign in the citofono with their names to ring the bell to open the first door, but everything else was great staff is very nice location is very good

The decor in our suite was so cool. The room was very big and had amazing views from all 3 windows that fully open. Duomo is right there and can see it from bed. The roof top patio is so lovely with a panoramic view of Florence. Excellent location and easy to walk anywhere really. You are in the middle of everything.
It’s not a hotel. It’s more like an air b&b. We were really confused when we arrived how we could even get to the hotel or where it was as the building is also residential. The door is locked to get into the building. Luckily someone was leaving and we could get in that way. But my husband had to run up the stairs to find the hotel. The man working at the desk wasn’t the friendliest either. But that’s ok because Florence is amazing and everyone we talked to in the city was fantastic.

The room was spacious and clean. It had everything you may need.
The building is very old, the entrance is terrible, the likf is old. it was very difficult to get there, and it was terryfing to reach the hotel. very deppressing
