Very nice property. Well kept. Cleaning staff made sure things were tidy and restocked daily. Location was perfect and walking distance from restaurants and shops
Poor, unreliable internet access.
Bed was made but sheets and comforter were NOT changed daily.
No front desk and no one readily available if questions arose.
No elevator which made it more taxing to get luggage to the room. We struggled with our large, heavier luggage.
No telephone in the room and with the previously mentioned unreliable internet, we were forced to use our cellular & roaming data for any calls or internet needs. Of course, this lead to our phone bills becoming significantly higher than usual.

We loved the luxurious and opulent feel of the rooms that were renovated to a high standard and had excellent air conditioning.

Location, location , location
The room temperature was warm. Tried working the air conditioner but did not change the warm temp.
