We just returned from an 8 night stay at this beautiful and spacious apartment in the heart of the historic area with an incredible view of the Duomo and Brunelleschi's Dome. It included a kitchenette tucked behind closet doors stocked with continental breakfast items and a coffee maker so we could prepare breakfast for an early start. Each day after exploring Florence, we would return and open a window to soak in the view and listen to music performed by street musicians. Whatever we needed, Marinella, Bianca, and Chiara were glad to assist. We really appreciated their warm and personal level of service. So glad we chose this wonderful place.

Property communicated excellent with us. Prior to our stay. And we’re very accommodating. Our entire family enjoyed our stay immensely. We had six rooms booked.
I really can’t say there was not much, I did not like about the property.

The food included was such a treat! Fresh croissants delivered each morning was wonderful, and the kitchen in our room had a nice selection of foods. The location was superb - we could almost touch the Duomo from our window! And for being in such a prime location the size of the room is unheard of.
Nothing. Everything was excellent. There really is nothing we would change.

This place is almost beyond realistic. Our room overlooked the Duomo, and we spent evenings with the windows open listening beautiful music. The room was huge, the AC worked really well, as did the lift (neither of which are automatic in Italy) They delivered fresh croissants to the room every morning. No charge. There is a rooftop lounge. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The place just exceeded expectations on every front. Stay here. Just do it.
