The location was superb, the staff were wonderful,
The kitchen was adequate.
What it needed was easy locking doors, a faster elevator, faucets that were easy to use, and a full renovation. And the bathroom trash can was a nuisance.

Just by the Duomo. Lively outside, but traffic free.
The room was pleasantly quiet. It was also spacious, well equipped and comfortable.
Good aircon.

Very central, comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Fresh croissants in the morning was a nice touch.
