Location was amazing… can’t get any better! Staff are awesome and helpful. Stayed in the Duomo room for the view… but that rooftop-just WOWZA—the view of Duomo and the Plaza.
The beds were a little firm for my liking.

The privacy, the location, the staff and their kindness, the fantastic services and the Terrence upstairs were all beyond exceptional

The location!
It was a little difficult getting into our room, until you learned the “routine”.
