Tje location is absolutely fantastic, right in the middle of the historical centre. The parking that they have an agreement with is just a 3 min walk away so extremely convenient and you can drive into the TLZ zone and the guys from the parking will take care of it. Our room had a lovely view on the piazza with the statue of De Medici in front. It was 40 degrees outside and the AC worked perfectly and it was very nice to come back in between visits to freshen up a bit. Everyone in the hotel was extremely friendly @ the reception, kitchen as well as the cleaning staff. We could leave our luggage and pick it up later which was really very convenient for us. The breakfast was not a buffet but you could order what you would like which made it very personal and very tasteful as well as more sustainable with less food waste.

Amazing location and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and love how we order our breakfast and select a time the night before. It’s the perfect way to start the day. This location makes Florence even more walkable than it already is and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Our room had so much character, it was a great space with a huge bathroom. If staying with 3-4 people the suite with multi-levels is perfect.
