We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Lorenzo de’ Medici. The location is perfect – very central, with many of Florence’s sights within easy walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable, and Carmine was incredibly friendly, helpful and always easy to reach.
We especially appreciated the warm, personal welcome and the easy communication. We also really enjoyed breakfast at the bistro right next door.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Carmine is over the top amazing! The place itself is wonderful, it's his attention and service which make it over the top. The cafe below for breakfast is wonderful, the staff are very attentive and the food is perfect to start a busy day of sightseeing.

It was a great location near the train station and a very easy walk to Duomo and other sights. It is up 2 flights of stairs and we were helped with our luggage on arrival. Excellent AC which was very appreciated during the heat wave. Breakfast at the cafe in the morning was a nice start to each day. Carmine was so nice and helpful - even checked with me by WhatsApp to make sure we were doing ok when he hadn’t seen us for a day. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Florence.
Nothing for us - as noted it is up 2 flights of stairs which isn’t a problem for us and should be considered if you have limited mobility
