I don’t know where to start: the location is perfect, the room is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely choose this place again whenever I go to Florence.

It was very central and really enjoyed breakfast (which was very varied) in the lovely courtyard.

The location was epic - a 7-min walk from the train station and a few minutes to the major sights. The breakfast and coffee were amazing, way more offerings than we expected. It was helpful to have an elevator (luggage) but it was only one floor up otherwise. The staff were so kind, helped us leave our luggage before check in, and upgraded our room. The facilities were really nice (bathroom, comfy bed, blackout shades).
